What Your Project Will Look Like
My Type A personality means you don’t need any project management experience to work together. Chances are you’ll hear from me before you ever have to ask, so you’ll always know where things stand. I’ll keep our project on track and walk you through each step of the process while clearly letting you know what’s coming up so you’re never left guessing what’s next.
Phase One

You’ll start by filling out my project inquiry form and share some basic details about what you need.
From there, we’ll have a quick call to discuss your current brand and business goals.
This is also the perfect chance to make sure we’re the perfect fit before moving forward.

To move ahead, you’ll receive a custom design proposal and contract. A 50% deposit secures your spot in my schedule.
I’ll send over the link to your client portal, a welcome guide with everything you need to know, plus a link to book your brand strategy session.
Phase Two

We’ll kick things off with a brand strategy workshop where we get crystal clear on your values, audience and messaging.
I’ll collate all of out meeting details into a design brief. Once approved, we’ll move into the creative phase (aka the best part!)

This part is so exciting and is where everything comes together!
I’ll guide you through a full brand presentation that walks you through the concept, design rationale, and visuals for how everything works together.
This is your chance to give feedback, ask questions, and make sure it all feels like the perfect fit before we finalize the details.
Phase Three

Once the designs are approved and your final payment is processed, I’ll package up all your brand files and deliver them in an organized, easy-to-use format alongside your brand guidelines.
If there are any print or additional assets needed, I’ll take care of those details too.

I provide approximate pricing on my website, however every business has their own unique needs and budget.
After our call, you’ll receive a bespoke proposal that outlines how we can work together to reach your goals within your budget.
Digital and print collateral projects are quoted on a per project basis but start at $925.

To get started I will require a deposit to hold your space in my calendar.
Moving forward, you’ll have the option to pay for the remainder in one, two or three monthly instalments. Project invoices will be sent on the 30th of every month.

In my experience, the most successful projects have also invested in professional copywriting and photography. I would strongly recommend it.
If this just isn’t possible, I am able to curate a on-brand library of stock photos for a small fee.

My design process is super collaborative, meaning we’ll have multiple check-ins to ensure we’re always on the same page during the briefing, brand strategy and creative direction phases.

In addition, your service will include an allotted amount of time for complementary revisions so we can make sure everything is just right.
