What does that mean? Well, I don't start my design projects with mood boards or Pinterest. The first step in my creative process is something that gets frequently overlooked — listening.

Skipping surface-level questions, we get right to the good stuff. I want to know not just what you're building, but why it matters and who it's for. I'll encourage you to get introspective and pay attention to what's being said — and more importantly, what isn't.
