You’d think my future in design would have been obvious when I was 12, creating PowerPoints and begging my teacher to share them with the class (cringe).

But my career path wasn’t so straight forward. I’ve sold pies (fun), worked in coffee shops (also fun), and spent my fair share of time in the corporate cubicle (not my thing, but love that for you if it is). Miserable answering phone calls every day, I knew deep down I’d thrive in a creative career that also served others. So, I went back to school at 25.

Leaving the stability of a corporate job to take a chance on yourself? I know that feeling. I also know the challenges of starting a business from absolute scratch.

When you work with me, you’re not only getting a designer, you’re getting someone who empathizes with the struggle, understands those terrifying (yet exhilarating) business goals and promises to cheer you on every step of the way.

I know the hustle, and that’s why there’s no place for shame at Kind. This is a space for empowerment, elevation and imagining all the beautiful things that are possible. I also believe kindness and leading with integrity are the most underrated superpowers in business, and if you agree, I think we’ll get along perfectly.
